Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Atira Teknoloji (“Atira”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit atirateknoloji.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it. We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

1. Data controller

Atira Teknoloji is the data controller for personal data processed through the Website. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Personal data we collect

  • Contact form data. When you request a demo, we collect your full name, work email address and, if you provide them, your company name, fleet size and the content of your message.
  • Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we process your email address and the content of your message.
  • Technical data. When you visit the Website, our hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, request time and pages requested. This is needed to deliver the Website securely and to protect it from abuse.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal data. Please do not include sensitive personal data in the contact form.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • Responding to your enquiry and arranging a demo or follow-up about Spooler — processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (KVKK Art. 5/2(c) and (f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • Operating and securing the Website, including spam and bot protection on the contact form — our legitimate interest in keeping the Website available and secure (KVKK Art. 5/2(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Complying with legal obligations and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (KVKK Art. 5/2(ç) and (e); GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).

4. Service providers and international transfers

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the Website:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, security and the Turnstile anti-bot check on the contact form.
  • Resend — delivery of contact form submissions to our team by email.
  • Google — our email service, and web fonts (Google Fonts) loaded by your browser when you view the Website.

These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the mechanisms permitted under KVKK Article 9 and applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose personal data to public authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than two years after our last communication, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for legal claims. Technical logs held by our providers are kept for the limited periods set by those providers.

6. Cookies

The Website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or use similar technologies to provide security and the Turnstile check. These are required for the Website to function securely and do not track you across other websites.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly;
  • know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom data is transferred;
  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set by law;
  • request that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred;
  • object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis;
  • claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing;
  • where the GDPR applies, request restriction, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. We will respond as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS connections, bot protection and restricted access to submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
